3. I still have valid subscription, why are some of data like whatsapp messages etc. not updated, synchronized and incomplete?
The reason might be that some manage apps or security settings on target phone are preventing Spyzie from running in the background, which in turn cause missing info and slow update. Please make sure those apps are disabled and then restart the target phone. Please look for manage apps or security apps, or security system or check out if the phone will kill every app that runs on the background.
4. I still have valid subscription but the data stopped synchronizing for long time, how to fix this?
Spyzie might have been killed on the target phone by other security apps. Or some app is preventing Spyzie from running. That is why it did not work. You need to uninstall and install Spyzie on the target phone manually again. 1. You need to uninstall Spyzie. Please go to "settings">"installed application" and uninstall “system update service” (which is actually Spyzie) on the target phone. This installed application menu is in a different place on different phones; please make sure you have checked the correct place. 2. Set up Spyzie on the target phone all over again.
